Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final / Limited Returns

Due to the nature of our products (professional grooming tools and personal care items), all sales are final unless a mistake was made on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or an item damaged in transit).

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or normal wear and tear.


30-Day Return Window (If Eligible)

If your order qualifies for a return due to an error on our end, you must request it within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Order Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must contact us immediately at support@stopnfade.com with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care & grooming products

  • Opened or used clippers, trimmers, shavers, or accessories

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a return is approved due to an error on our end, the fastest solution is:

  1. Return the original item (per instructions)

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


Manufacturer Warranties

All product warranties are handled directly through the brand manufacturer, not StopNFade.

Warranty coverage, repair timelines, and replacement eligibility are determined solely by the manufacturer’s policies.

We are happy to assist by directing you to the correct warranty contact when needed.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • In original packaging

  • Includes proof of purchase

This right does not apply to used or opened personal care items.


Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect an approved return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer
